COMMITMENT-FREE

Your deposit is fully refundable until a unit is available and you decide to make it your home.

JOINING IS EASY

Fill out an online application, select your desired floor plan, pay a holding deposit, and we'll hold your spot.

How it Works

When an apartment becomes available, we contact Club members in application order. You'll have 72 hours to tour, then 24 hours to decide.

Select the unit

Your Club deposit is applied to your apartment deposit.

Cancel altogether

Your Future Residents Club deposit is refunded in full.

Stay on the list

Pass on this unit and stay on the list — you'll move to the bottom and wait for the next available home.
